  Yes — SLTDA #2147, registered (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka, every driver licensed, every vehicle insured. Boring documents, important ones. Happy to share them on request.
• 02What if my flight is delayed or diverted?
  We flight-track every Colombo airport pickup. If you land at 3 a.m. instead of 11 p.m. — or get diverted to Mattala — your driver will be waiting at the right gate at the right time. No surcharge for waiting, ever. We've held a sign for nine hours during a cyclone diversion.
• 03Is the price really fixed — no surge, no surprises?
  Yes. The quote on your booking email is exactly what you pay, whether it's a Colombo airport taxi or any other trip. Taxes, tolls, parking, fuel, waiting time — all included. If traffic turns a three-hour drive into five, that's our problem to solve, not yours.
• 04What types of vehicles do you operate?
  Toyota Premio sedans for couples (3 pax · 2 bags), Hi-Ace vans for families (7 pax · 7 bags), and Coasters for groups (22+ pax). Everything under six years old, air-conditioned, and washed the morning of pickup. Child seats free on request.
• 05Do you operate at Mattala (HRI) as well as Colombo (CMB)?
  Both — 24/7, for arrivals and for your airport drop on the way home. BIA (CMB) in Katunayake is closest to our Negombo office, so most pickups happen there. Mattala (HRI) is four hours south, but we still come, same fixed-price model.
• 06Are your drivers really English-speaking?
  All chauffeurs speak comfortable English. Several also speak German, French, Russian, or Japanese — tell us your preference when booking and we'll match a driver accordingly.
• 07Can we stop along the way for photos or tea?
  Yes. Toilet breaks, tea stops, photo stops, roadside king-coconut — all free on any transfer over an hour. Most drivers will suggest the good stops themselves. Just say when.
• 08How do I pay — and which currencies do you accept?
  Visa, Mastercard and Amex online (via Stripe, secure). Cash in USD, EUR, GBP or LKR on arrival. Bank transfer for longer trips. No crypto yet — sorry.
• 09Can I keep the same chauffeur for my whole trip?
  Most travellers do. Hire a chauffeur on retainer for one fixed all-in price confirmed on booking (vehicle, fuel, driver's accommodation and meals while on tour). He'll know your coffee order by day three.
• 10Is it safe for solo female travellers?
  Yes — we take this seriously. Request a senior driver, we'll send his name, photo and ID before pickup, our dispatch checks in at every stop, and the Negombo office is two phone calls away — 24/7.
• 11What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?
  Call the Negombo office — the number is on every booking email — and we'll resolve it within the hour. After 1000 trips our complaint rate is under 0.3%, and most of those get fixed before anyone gets home.
• 12Do you do tours, or just airport transfers?

• 13What does a Colombo airport taxi cost?
  There's no meter and no single number to quote. The fare is fixed and all-in, confirmed when you book, and covers tolls, fuel, parking and waiting time. • 14How far is Colombo airport from Colombo and Negombo?
  Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) is in Katunayake, about 32 km north of Colombo. The drive into Colombo takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Negombo is much closer: about 10 km, or 15–25 minutes.
