How to choose your airport transfer.
Every one of our Sri Lanka airport transfers runs in both directions. Landing? Pick the airport-to-town route and your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board. Flying home? Pick the town-to-airport route and we collect you from your hotel, with the pickup timed to your flight.
The ten destinations fall into three regions. Negombo is a short hop near the airport, about 15โ25 minutes away. Kandy and Ella are long scenic climbs into the hill country, about 2.5โ3 hours and 5.5โ6.5 hours. Bentota, Hikkaduwa, Galle, Weligama, Mirissa, Ahangama and Tangalle line the south coast, reached on the Southern Expressway.
Each airport transfer has one fixed all-in fare, confirmed on booking: tolls, fuel, parking and waiting time are included, with no meter and no surge. There's no deposit to confirm, and child seats are free on request.
A single airport transfer suits most trips: one ride from the airport to your hotel, or back again. Touring for several days? A private driver in Sri Lanka keeps the same car and driver with you for the whole trip.

What do your Sri Lanka airport transfers cover?
We run fixed-fare airport transfers on 20 popular routes โ 10 destinations in both directions, from the airport to your town and from your town back to the airport. Need somewhere not listed? Send it on WhatsApp and we'll quote a fixed all-in price for any address on the island.
Do you run transfers to the airport as well as from it?
Yes โ every route works both ways. For an arrival we meet you at the terminal; for a departure we collect you from your hotel and time the pickup to your flight so you reach check-in with room to spare. Just tell us the direction when you book.
How do I choose the right transfer route?
Find your town in the directory above and tap the direction you need โ Colombo Airport to your town, or your town to Colombo Airport. Each route page has the distance, travel time and fixed-fare booking. If you're unsure, message us and we'll point you to the right one.
Do you transfer from Mattala (HRI) too, not just Colombo (CMB)?
Yes. Most transfers run from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) near Colombo, but we also cover Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (HRI) in the south. Tell us which airport you land at or depart from and we'll arrange it at a fixed all-in price.
Will one vehicle fit my group and all the luggage?
Yes. Choose a sedan for a couple, an SUV or van for a family, or a mini-bus for a larger group โ every transfer has room for your bags. Let us know the number of travellers and suitcases and we'll send the right vehicle for your route.
Can you handle late-night and early-morning transfers?
