Planning your Sri Lanka trip.

  • The island packs a lot into a small area. The most popular destinations are the south-coast beaches (Mirissa, Unawatuna, Weligama, Bentota), the hill country (Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Kandy), the Cultural Triangle (Sigiriya, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa), and the wildlife parks (Yala, Udawalawe, Wilpattu). Add Galle Fort on the coast and Colombo as your arrival city, and you have a classic first-time route. With a private Colombo Taxi Airport taxi you can mix any of these into one trip.
